Hi there! I’m a multidisciplinary artist in New England with over twenty years of experience in stained glass, sculpture, illustration, and design. My work has been shown across the country and enjoys a global audience of collectors.
In addition to my creative background, I have experience in teaching art, large project management, and research. I graduated from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University with a BFA in Fine Art and a concentration in stained glass, painting, graphic design, and sculpture.
Reach out on CreativeGround or drop me a line at TheArtist@CaitlinFitzgeraldArt.com and let’s talk about your next creative project.
With almost two decades of hands-on experience working in glass, I also have the below training credentials:
In addition to my ongoing education, I have taught stained glass and glass mosaic classes, created custom installation pieces, completed restoration work, and shown my glass work in gallery shows.
If you need a vintage panel restored or want a bespoke piece, then let’s chat!

Ten years ago I began creating bedazzled sculptures of jackalopes. This quickly expanded into other types of critters and a whole variety of materials and sizes. These popular sculptures were the main focus of the four-person show I was included in at the former BRAND New Orleans Art Gallery. They have since shown across the country and shipped around the world to collectors.
Current pieces can be viewed and purchased through my online store or in-person at LeMieux Gallery in New Orleans, LA.
If you’d like a custom creature, drop me a line to request a quote.

In addition to my stained glass and sculpture work, I also work in 2-D media including painting, mixed media, drawing, and digital art. These pieces are often the jumping-off points that are incorporated into other media.
I sell both original pieces and prints of many of these works.
I also have experience in commercial graphic design work including logo design, brochures, signage, car/truck wraps, social media posts, presentations, and document design.
For examples of commercial design & graphic work please follow the link below.

Ceramics are a recent addition to my artistic practice, and has challenged me to expand my creative practice while adding to my skillset.
There’s a lot of overlap between stained glass and ceramics, many of the materials are very similar and companies that produce ceramic kilns also make those needed for glasswork.
Getting to explore my creative themes in a new medium and bringing artistry to functional items has reinvigorated the way I think about the objects we create and use daily.

Dedicated research is a cornerstone of my creative practice, and documenting that research provides me with an outlet to share my process.
My studio is based in the MetroWest area of Massachusetts and I provide services throughout the greater New England area.
